Definitions

- Company / We / App: Refers to BeWe Delivery Services. - User: Any individual using the app as a customer, driver, or service provider. - Service Provider: Any restaurant, store, or vendor offering goods or services through the app. - Customer: Any individual who places delivery or product orders through the app. - Driver / Courier: The person responsible for picking up and delivering orders on behalf of the company.

Scope of Service

- The app provides a digital platform connecting customers with service providers and drivers to complete delivery requests. - The company is not a direct contractual party between the customer and the service provider except for coordinating delivery operations. - The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service without prior notice.

Account Registration and Usage

- Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. - Each user is permitted to have only one account. - Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. - The company may suspend or terminate any account involved in suspicious or unlawful activities.

Orders and Payments

- All orders are processed through the app based on the prices displayed at the time of order. - Users must complete payment using approved electronic methods. - Delivery or service fees may apply depending on order type and location. - If an order is canceled after delivery has begun, the company reserves the right to deduct full or partial payment.

Legal and Criminal Liability

Intellectual Property Rights

- All app content (logo, design, texts, software) is owned by the company. Copying or reusing any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
